Remarks

Unlike other message parts, the only way to create an outbound message containing a story title is to use the FormattedOutboundChatMessage Constructor (Boolean, String).

Any public static( Sharedin Visual Basic) members of this type are thread safe. Any instance members are not guaranteed to be thread safe.
