The Microsoft Transporter Suite for Internet Mail is a collection of tools that are used to migrate POP or IMAP mailboxes to a computer that is running Microsoft Exchange Server 2007. The Microsoft Transporter Suite for Internet Mail includes the following features:

• The ability to migrate mail items, attachments, rich content, calendar items, and folders, and to preserve status information such as read or unread
  
  
• Support for the remigration of migrated content
  
  
• Migration of selected mail items based on date filters
  
  

The suite includes the Transporter Management Console, which is a Microsoft Management Console snap-in that is similar to the Exchange Management Console.
