This topic explains how to install the Microsoft Transporter Suite for Internet Mail.
Before You Begin
You must have administrator rights on the computer on which you are installing the Microsoft Transporter Suite for Internet Mail.

You cannot install the Microsoft Transporter Suite for Internet Mail and the Microsoft Online Services Migration Tools or the Microsoft Transporter for Lotus Domino on the same computer. |
You must install the Microsoft Transporter Suite for Internet Mail on one of the following:
- A computer that is running
MicrosoftExchange Server 2007
- A workstation that has the Exchange 2007
Administration Tools installed
If you are installing the Microsoft Transporter Suite for Internet Mail on a Exchange server or a Windows XP 64-bit client, use the Transporter.msi file to install the 64-bit version of the application.
If you are installing the Microsoft Transporter Suite for Internet Mail on a 32-bit client, use the Transporter32.msi file to install the 32-bit version of the application.
Software Prerequisites
The following prerequisites are required before you can install the Microsoft Transporter Suite for Internet Mail:
- Microsoft .Net Framework 2.0
- Microsoft Management Console (MMC) 3.0
- Windows PowerShell 1.0
- Exchange Server 2007 or Exchange Server 2007
Administration Tools
Procedure

On the computer where the Microsoft Transporter Suite for Internet Mail will be installed, double-click Transporter.msi (for a 64-bit installation) or Transporter32.msi (for a 32-bit installation).

On the Welcome page, click Next.

On the License Agreement page, review the License Agreement, select I accept the terms in the License Agreement, and then click Next.

On the Setup page, select Transporter for Internet Mail.

Accept or change the default location for the installation by clicking Browse, and then click Next.

On the Installation page, click Install.

On the Installation Completing page, click Finish.
