After you start desktop sharing, you can also share control so that other participants can provide mouse and keyboard input to your desktop.
New call-forwarding options allow a manager or executive to select one or more assistants (delegates) to receive his or her phone calls. Delegates are contacts who can answer the manager's calls, and make and transfer calls on the manager's behalf.
In the Office Communicator Call-Forwarding Settings dialog box, you can set up a group of contacts, referred to as a team-call group, who can answer your incoming calls.
