You can use the Save Voice Routing Test Case Information dialog box to save a temporary voice routing test case. In Save Voice Routing Test Case Information, type the name you want to give this test case in Name and then click OK.

When you save a temporary test case, you are not saving it to the Central Management store. Instead, it makes the test case available from the Test Voice Routing tab of the Voice Routing page. The test case will appear with a state of Uncommitted. To save the test case to the Central Management store you must commit the voice configuration by clicking Commit All from any Action menu within the Voice Routing page.

For details about the different procedures you can perform using the Lync Server 2010 Control Panel, see Lync Server Control Panel.
