Before you remove a Mediation Server, Front End pool, or Front End Server, you must move Enterprise Voice routes. If you have deployed Enterprise Voice, perform the procedure in this topic.
To move Enterprise Voice routes

Log on to the computer with an account that is a member of the RTCUniversalServerAdmins group or a member of the CsVoiceAdministrator administrative role.

Open a browser window, and then enter the Admin URL to open the Lync Server Control Panel. For details about the different methods you can use to start Lync Server Control Panel, see Open Lync Server Administrative Tools.

In the left navigation bar, click Voice Routing, click Route, and then click New.

Fill in the following fields:
- Name Type a descriptive name of the
voice route. For example, W14PSTNRoute.
- Description Type a short description of
the voice route.
- Name Type a descriptive name of the
voice route. For example, W14PSTNRoute.

Scroll down to Associated gateways (that is, ignore the other fields), click Add, select the new default gateway, and then click OK.

Under Associated PSTN Usages, click Select.

In Select PSTN Usage Record, select a record name and then click OK.

In New Voice Route, click OK.

In Voice Routing, click Route.

Move the route you just created to the top of the list and then click Commit.

Update and run your test cases again to confirm that the voice routes you moved are working as expected.
