The Migrate Notes Personal Address Books console allows you to migrate information from user's Lotus Domino address books to Microsoft Exchange Server 2007.

Console Tree

The console tree is located on the left side of the console and is organized by type of action. You can choose to:

  • Connect to configure the Directory and Free/Busy Connectors

  • Migrate to configure and perform directory, mail, group, archive, and application migrations

The result pane is located in the center of the console. By default, this pane displays the first 1,000 archives listed in the Domino Directory. Click Create Filter to define criteria that determines which archives are displayed in this pane.

Filter Pane

The dialog box on the far left allows you to select the information type that you want to search for when selecting archives. The center dialog box allows you to identify how to use the information in the third dialog box (for example: equals, does not equal) to define matches for this criteria.

Action Pane

The action pane is located on the right side of the console. The action pane is an extension of the shortcut menu, which is the menu that appears when you right-click an item. However, the shortcut menu is still available.
