The Response Group Service has a Client Web Service, which can be used by 3rd party applications to retrieve information about the Agents, their Agent Group memberships, and sign-in status.
The following operations are supported through the client web service:

Service Descriptions
The following list the service descriptions of the operations within the Client Web Service

GetAgent:Returns information about the currently
authenticated agent.

GetGroups:Returns information about the groups the currently
authenticated agent is a member of. For each group, the following
information is available:

IsAgent:Returns true if the currently authenticated user is
an agent.

SignIn:Signs the current agent into the given group and
returns true when the operation has successfully completed.

SignInMultiple:Signs the current agent in to the given
groups and returns true when the operation has successfully
completed.

SignOut:Signs the current agent out of the given group and
returns true when the operation has successfully completed.

SignOutMultiple:Signs the current agent out of the given
groups and returns true when the operation has successfully
completed.
