Call Detail Records (CDRs) can be used to monitor Response Group Service usage. The Archiving CDR Reporter, an Office Communications Server 2007 R2 Resource Kit tool, enables you to capture reports for a predefined set of queries.

Available Reports

The following list describes the predefined Response Group Service usage reports that are available in the Archiving CDR Reporter:

  • A list of calls received by the Response Group Service.

  • The total number of calls received by the Response Group Service.

  • A list of calls successfully accepted by agents in the Response Group Service.

  • The total number of calls successfully accepted by agents in the Response Group Service.

  • A list of calls successfully transferred by the Response Group Service on a queue time-out or a queue overflow.

  • The total number of calls successfully transferred by the Response Group Service on a queue time-out or a queue overflow.
