Configuration Steps

  1. Install a mutual TLS (MTLS) certificate for the connection with the Office Communications Server.

  2. Select a connect-back port to be used if a Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) failure occurs.

  3. Create an exception for the connect-back port in the firewall, if the firewall is enabled.
