By default, all messages in an instant messaging (IM) conversation between users in different Office Communications Server pools will be archived in the pool of the user who sent the first message in the conversation. If you would prefer for each pool to archive all of the messages from both parties in the conversation (this is, create duplicate records of the whole conversation), you can configure the following Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) setting.
