Deploying your custom solution requires only a few steps.

To deploy your solution

  1. Install an HTTP 1.1 compliant Web server, such as Internet Information Services.

  2. Install your application.

  3. If HTTPS will be used (recommended), install the appropriate certificate on the consumer and, as needed, on the Front End Servers that run the QoE Agent.

  4. Configure external consumer settings on the QoE Monitoring Server by using WMI. For details about WMI settings, see WMI Reference for QoE Solutions.

  5. By default, the QoE Monitoring Server will not use any HTTP proxy. For details about configuring the QoE Monitoring Server to use the configured HTTP proxy, see Enabling or Disabling an HTTP Proxy for QoE Solutions.
