Called whenever an attribute should be
processed by the parser. A derived class can overload this function
and provide customized parsing. The supplied default function will
simply create an instance of SdpAttribute and append it to the list
of SdpAttributes. Should a derived class still want the attribute
appended, it should call the base implementation.
