On the Start menu, point to
Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click
System Manager.
Navigate to the
Classes folder for the chat community where you want to
restrict access.

Right-click the Classes folder, click New, and
then click Class.
On the General tab, in Name, type the name of the
class.
Modify properties on the user class property tabs as follows:
General. Use to set the class name, identity
mask, or client address.
Access. Use to impose restrictions on, or
specify a connect time for, class members.
Settings. Use to enable attack protection,
limit the number of channels and IP connections for class members,
or impose delays on the processing of incoming messages and
nickname changes.
