Set an Anonymous Access Account

If you enable anonymous access, you must specify a Windows 2000 account for the server to use in place of the credentials that authenticated users provide. The permissions assigned to the account are given to any user that logs on anonymously.

To set an anonymous access account:

  1. Start System Manager
On the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager.
  2. Navigate to NNTP.
