Set X.400 Transfer Timeouts

Transfer timeouts specify the amount of time the system waits before issuing an NDR for messages of different priorities. The X.400 service MTA properties enable you to set the default X.400 service attributes, such as transfer timeouts, for X.400 connectors.

To set X.400 transfer timeouts:

  1. Start System Manager
On the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager.
  2. Navigate to the X.400 container in the console tree.
