The Exchange Server Analyzer displays a best practice message if the following conditions are true:

It is a best practice to relocate the SharedResPool directory to a drive that is faster than that of the root directory used by ScanMail for Microsoft Exchange. Trend Micro recommends that customers relocate the SharedResPool folder to a faster drive for better performance. The SharedResPool directory contains memory-mapping files for the shared resources between the processes included with ScanMail for Microsoft Exchange Version: 7.0. You should not delete the contents of this directory.
