Microsoft® Exchange Server 2007 Setup or Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 Setup cannot continue because the logged-on user does not have the account permissions that are required to install the first of any server role in the topology.

Although Microsoft Exchange Setup allows using delegation to install successive server roles, Setup requires that the user who is logged on has Exchange Organization administrative credentials when the first of any of the Exchange 2007 or Exchange 2010 server roles in the topology is installed.

As part of the installation of the first of any server role, Exchange 2007 Setup or Exchange 2010 Setup may have to create objects in the Exchange Organization container.

To resolve this issue, grant the logged-on user Exchange Organization Administrator permissions. Or, log on by using an account that has those permissions. Then run Exchange 2007 Setup or Exchange 2010 Setup again.
