Microsoft provides tools for migrating Lotus Domino directory information to Active Directory directory service and for migrating Lotus Domino mail databases to Microsoft Exchange.
Migration from Lotus Notes 5.x, 6.x and 7.x is supported for Microsoft Exchange Server 2007. User and group information can be migrated to Active Directory accounts and distribution lists. User's mail databases are migrated to Exchange 2007 mailboxes.
