The Microsoft® Exchange Server Analyzer Tool reads the following registry entry to determine whether the start delay for online defragmentation has been changed from its default setting:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\<ServerName>\Public-<PublicFolderStoreGUID>\OLD Completion Time
If the Exchange Server Analyzer finds that the OLD Completion Time key is present, a non-default configuration message is displayed. The OLD Completion Time key specifies the period of time in seconds that online defragmentation runs after the information store maintenance window. The default value is 1 hour (3600 seconds).

To revert to the
default configuration

Open a registry editor, such as Regedit.exe or Regedt32.exe.

Navigate to: HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\MSExchangeIS\<ServerName>\Public-<PublicFolderStoreGUID>

Delete the OLD Completion Time key.

Close the registry editor, and restart the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service for the change to take effect.
