Issue You receive an error message while trying to call someone by using Microsoft Lync 2010.
Resolution Do the following:
- Make sure you have Internet connectivity.
- Check the phone number or contact information, and make sure
the number is entered correctly.
- Send an instant message or email to confirm that the call
recipient can receive calls.
