This section describes how to create workflows and modify or delete existing workflows for Response Group Service. During Response Group Service deployment, you create and configure workflows that route incoming calls to agent groups. After deployment, you can create additional workflows, modify the workflows that you created during deployment, or delete workflows no longer required by your deployment.
