Open any application used to display .csv files (for example,
Microsoft Excel).
Open the .csv file that you want to review.
Note You can open a list of
merge operations in a .csv file only after exporting a list of accounts from Active
Directory Account Cleanup Wizard.
Review the attributes of the accounts that have been paired
together in the .csv file. Ensure you have selected the appropriate
merge operations:
For each source account, review the account location, display
name, alias, e-mail address, title, department, or telephone number
to ensure you are selecting the correct account to merge into the
target account.
For each target account, review the account location, display
name, alias, e-mail address, title, department, or telephone number
to ensure you are selecting the account you want to retain after
the merge is complete.
