Protect User Privacy
User classes allow you to group chat users and then protect the
privacy of all the members of that group.
To protect user privacy by hiding class members' IP addresses or
DNS names:
- Start System Manager
On the Start menu, point to
Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click
System Manager.
- Create a user class
for the chat community where you want to protect users, or select a
user class that is already in effect and modify it.
- Navigate to the
Classes folder.
Chat Communities

- Classes
- Right-click Classes, and then click
Properties.
- Click the user class Access tab.
