Stop a POP3 Virtual Server
It may be necessary to stop a POP3 virtual server to perform
maintenance. Users are immediately disconnected from the
server.
To stop a POP3 virtual server:
- Start System Manager
on the Start menu, point to
Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click
System Manager.
- Navigate to
POP3.
System Manager
- Administrative Groups
- Administrative group
- Servers
- Server
- Protocols
- POP3
- In the console pane, right-click a server, and then click
Stop. If the option is not available, the server is not
currently running.
