Connecting to Other Messaging Systems

Configure Your Novell GroupWise Environment

You can configure your connection to Novell GroupWise in Calendar Connector either before or after you prepare the Novell GroupWise environment. However, you need to be sure that parameters match (in this case, the name of GroupWise API Gateway).

To add and configure a connection to Novell GroupWise:

  1. Start System Manager
    On the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager.
  2. In the console tree, right-click Calendar Connector, and then click Properties.
  3. On the Calendar Connections tab, click New, and then click Novell GroupWise.
  4. In Connection, type a name that will be displayed on the Calendar Connections General tab to identify this connection.
  5. In GroupWise API Gateway, type the name of API Gateway in the following format: 
    Domain.Gateway

    where Domain refers to the GroupWise domain in which API Gateway is installed, and Gateway refers to the name of API Gateway in GroupWise.
