The Microsoft® Exchange Database Troubleshooter Tool detected one or more MSExchangeIS 9518 events with error code 0xfffffc01 in the Application log. This indicates that an incorrect drive letter or path has been set for the Exchange database or log files.
Explanation
This error indicates that the database or log file path in the affected storage group points to an invalid drive letter or that the file path is incorrect. When this error occurs, all databases in the affected storage group will be unable to mount.
This problem may also occur if antivirus software is blocking write access to the drives that contain the Exchange database or transaction log files.
The event can also be identified as error -1023, JET_errInvalidPath.
