Use the Move-OfflineAddressBook cmdlet to designate a new server responsible for generating the offline address book (OAB).

Detailed Description
This cmdlet designates a new server to generate the OAB. For example, if you purchase new hardware to replace your Mailbox server running Microsoft Exchange Server that is responsible for generating the OAB, you would run Move-OfflineAddressBook to move the OAB generating task to another server.
To run the Move-OfflineAddressBook cmdlet, the account you use must be delegated the following:
- Exchange Organization Administrator role
