This issue may occur if certain runtime components of Microsoft Visual C++ Libraries are not installed on the computer and if Visual C++ 2005 is not installed on the computer. You must have the runtime components that are required to run 64-bit applications that were developed with Visual C++.
To resolve this issue, see Microsoft Visual C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64), and download the update.
