This section provides information that will help you manage attachment filtering in Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 by using commands in the Exchange Management Shell.
The Attachment Filter agent can block attachments from entering the Exchange 2007 organization by attachment file name or file attachment content type. How the attachments are processed depends on the configuration of the Attachment Filter agent.
The following Exchange Management Shell commands enable you to modify the configuration settings of the Attachment Filter agent:
- Add-AttachmentFilterEntry
(RTM)
- Get-AttachmentFilterEntry
(RTM)
- Remove-AttachmentFilterEntry
(RTM)
- Get-AttachmentFilterListConfig
(RTM)
- Set-AttachmentFilterListConfig
