Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 setup cannot continue because the attempt to create a new active cluster Mailbox server role failed.
Exchange Server 2007 requires that at least one node of the cluster be passive to support failure recovery.
To address this issue, first install another passive clustered Mailbox server role in the environment and then rerun setup.
