To reset Polycom CX 600 and Aastra 6725ip devices, do the following:

1. Remove the power cord from the device and wait 10 seconds.
   
   
2. Press the reset key combination, and keep pressing as power is reconnected and the device starts up:
   
   
   • For a Hard Reset, press * and #.
     
     
   • For a Factory Reset, press 4 and 6.
     
     
3. The user will be asked to confirm before the device resets.
   
   
4. If the user selects Yes, the process of deleting the user data or resetting to the factory image starts.
   
   

   Note:
   While this process runs, the manufacturer logo is shown with an operation progress bar.

5. Restart the device while holding the #, 4 and INVALID USE OF SYMBOLS keys.
   
   
6. After the process finishes, the device continues ordinary startup.
