Issue Another user’s audio device is causing poor audio quality during a Microsoft Lync 2010 meeting or call.
Resolution Do the following:
- Ask anyone who is using a webcam microphone or computer
speakers to try using a different audio device.
- Ask everyone to make sure the device they are using is
optimized for Lync 2010. For a list of optimized devices, see
“Phones and Devices Qualified for Microsoft Lync” at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=208938.
- Ask the presenter to mute the participant who has the
malfunctioning device.
