If Microsoft Lync Server 2010 Monitoring Server reports are deployed in your organization, you can use the User Activity Report to diagnose call reliability and quality issues for a specific user. The “Caller Client Event” section of this report shows the specific device issues that occurred during a call and when they occurred.
