Issue While installing Microsoft Lync Web App, you receive the following error message: “The process terminated unexpectedly.”
Resolution Do one of the following:
- If another installation is already in process on your computer,
in the error message, click OK, wait for the first
installation to finish, and then proceed with your sharing
activity. You will have to restart the Lync Web App
installation.
- If you chose not to restart the browser during installation,
restart the browser, and then try installing Lync Web App
again.
