This section describes how to manage agents, agent groups, and queues for Response Group Service. During Response Group Service deployment, you create and configure agents and agent groups to which you route incoming calls. After deployment, you can create additional agents to handle incoming calls, create new agent groups, or create and configure new queues to which agent groups are assigned. You can also modify the settings for existing agent groups and queues or delete agents, agent groups, or queues no longer required by your deployment.
