Holiday sets are a list of holidays that an administrator can set up for a server pool. The holiday set contains the list of holidays that the workflow will be closed. Holiday sets are available in the Enhanced Hunt Group, One-Level Interactive, and Two-Level Interactive workflows. When you create or manage a workflow, you can select the holiday sets that you want the workflow to use. The hours in the holiday set override the workflow business hours.
