When you are ready to start setup and deployment of your Enterprise pool, you need to save a copy of your topology to a location that is accessible from the Front End Server.

Save a copy of the topology design for use on another computer

  1. Open Topology Builder on the computer on which you defined your topology.

  2. In the Action pane, click Save a copy of Topology.

  3. In the Save Copy As dialog box, specify a name for the topology, click Save, and then close Topology Builder.

  4. Navigate to the c:\topology_files folder, copy the saved XML file, and then paste it into a location that is accessible from the first Front End Server to be deployed (such as a USB flash drive or network share).
