Follow the steps below if you want to modify the settings for an existing dial-in access number. If you want to create a new dial-in conferencing access number, see Create a Dial-in Conferencing Access Number.

To modify settings for a dial-in access number

  1. Open Communications Server Control Panel.

  2. In the left navigation bar, click Conferencing.

  3. Click the Dial-in Access Number tab, and then do one of the following:

    • To configure settings for one access number, double-click the access number to open the Edit Dial-In Access Number dialog box.

    • To configure settings for all access numbers, click Edit, and then click Select All.

  4. In the Edit Dial-In Access Number dialog box, type or click the changes that you want to make.

    Important:
    You cannot change Line URI or SIP URI.

  5. Click Commit.
