You can deploy the Call Park, Response Group, and Announcement applications in the following topologies and configurations:

You can deploy the Call Park, Response Group, and Announcement applications in a central site, but not in a branch office site.

Note:
Call Park, Response Group, and Announcement are not available in resiliency mode.

These call management applications always run on Front End Servers when Enterprise Voice is deployed.
