Member name Description
Refresh A Refresh request.
Subscribe A Subscribe request.
Unsubscribe An Unsubscribe request.
Update Sends an update on the Subscribe request; this is required for batch subscription.

Remarks

The RequestType can be passed to derived classes to add extended headers or message body.
