While scheduling when Mailbox Manager will run on a server, you
can also choose the type of report administrators in your
organization receive, as well as a mailbox that System Attendant
will send the report to.
The reports can include such information as when Mailbox Manager
was run, which mailbox recipient policy was applied, which
mailboxes were processed, which folders processed, and the number
of messages moved or deleted.
On the Start menu, point to
Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click
System Manager.
Navigate to the server
object in the console tree.

Right-click the server, and then click Properties.
On the Mailbox Management tab, in the Reporting
drop-down list, select Send summary report to administrator
or Send detail report to administrator. If you do not want a
report generated every time Mailbox Manager runs, select
None.
Unless you selected None, you have to select a mailbox
in your organization that will receive administrator reports. To do
this, click Browse to open Select Recipient. The
mailbox you choose does not have to be local to the server.
