Managing Recipient Settings

Send Reports to an Administrator

While scheduling when Mailbox Manager will run on a server, you can also choose the type of report administrators in your organization receive, as well as a mailbox that System Attendant will send the report to.

The reports can include such information as when Mailbox Manager was run, which mailbox recipient policy was applied, which mailboxes were processed, which folders processed, and the number of messages moved or deleted.

For more information on Mailbox Manager reports, see Administrator Reports.

To send administrative reports:

  1. Start System Manager
On the Start menu, point to Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click System Manager.
