Limiting the Number of Client Connections to a Chat
Community
To limit the number of client connections to a chat community,
you can use either the General tab in the IRCX protocol
folder, or the chat community's General tab. If you set the
limit from the IRCX protocol folder, the limit affects only the
community hosted on the server related to the IRCX protocol. If you
set this limit from the chat community's General tab, it
affects all appearances of the chat community, on any server that
hosts the community.
Important
If the number of client connections is set using both options
listed here, the system compares the two values and chooses the
lesser of the two.
To limit client connections from a chat community's
General tab:
On the Start menu, point to
Programs, point to Microsoft Exchange, and then click
