Public Folders

Enable a Public Folder to Receive Mail

You can allow users to send mail to a public folder by mail-enabling the folder and displaying the name of the folder in Address Book. Use the following procedures to mail-enable a folder and configure display names and permissions.

To enable a public folder to receive mail:

• Create a Mail-Enabled Public Folder
• Configure Folder Appearance in Address Book
• Set Permissions
• Configure Mailbox Store Properties
• Create E-mail Addresses
• Change the Simple Display Name
