Set Permissions

Permissions define the extent to which users can work with items in a folder. Use the following procedures to grant or deny users permission to work with the public folder and its contents.

To set permissions:

• Control Access to Messages
• Grant Directory Rights
• Grant Administrator Rights to the Folder
