Issue You receive an error message related to account configuration issues in Microsoft Exchange Server or Microsoft Lync 2010 when you are using the Online Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Lync 2010 to schedule a meeting.
Resolution Use the following table to identify the cause of the error and who to contact for help.

The Online Meeting Add-in for Lync 2010 cannot determine the Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) or Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) address of your Microsoft Outlook account. |

“Microsoft Exchange is unable to identify you. Please contact your support team.” |
The Online Meeting Add-in for Lync 2010 either: Cannot determine the X500 address of your Outlook account. -or- Located your SMTP address from Exchange Server but cannot determine your SIP address from Exchange Server or Lync 2010. (This could happen if you signed in to Lync and Outlook using different accounts.) |
