The audio/video conference minutes report tracks the total number of minutes that users spent in audio/video conferences. (A conference is defined as any conversation involving more than 2 people.) The report itself looks similar to this:

Note that minutes are tracked per-conference and not per-user. For example, suppose 4 of your users participate in a 30-minute conference. In that case, 30 minutes of conference activity will be reported. That’s because there was just one 30-minute conference; for the purposes of this report, the number of users who participated in that conference is irrelevant.
