Since May, 2013 Lync Online has offered a set of online reports that provide administrators the ability to quickly review information about usage and trends for both conferences and peer-to-peer communication sessions. The reports currently available for Lync Online include the:

The IM and Audio Sessions Report, which shows the total number of peer-to-peer sessions; (instant messaging) peer-to-peer sessions; and audio peer-to-peer sessions.

The Video, Application Sharing, and File Transfers Report, which records the number of peer-to-peer sessions that included video, application sharing, and/or file transfers.

The IM and Audio/Video Conferences Report, which shows the total number of conferences that users participated in; the number of conferences that included instant messaging; and the number of conferences that included audio and/or video.

The Application Sharing, Web, and Dial-in Conferences Report, which returns information about the number of conferences in which at least one application was shared; the number of conferences that included data conferencing; and the number of conferences in which at least one user dialed in to the conference using a “regular” phone or cell phone.

The Active Users Report, which reports the number of users who signed in to Lync and engaged in a Lync communication session (either a conference or a peer-to-peer session) during the specified time period.

The Audio Minutes and Video Minutes Report, which records the total number of minutes that your users spent in peer-to-peer audio and peer-to-peer video sessions.

The Audio/Video Conference Minutes Report, which tracks the total number of minutes that users spent in audio/video conferences.
