Before any monitoring data can be collected, you must configure Front End Servers, Standard Edition servers, and Mediation Servers for monitoring, using the following procedures.

• Configure CDR Logging
  
  
• Open Port 5069 on Enterprise Pool Load Balancers
  
  
• Install Message Queuing on Front End Servers
  
  
• Associate Monitoring Server with Front End Servers and Mediation Servers
