The following topics describe how to use Microsoft Lync Server 2010, Group Chat Admin Tool to manage user access in Microsoft Lync 2010 Group Chat. To manage Microsoft Lync Server 2010, Group Chat by using Group Chat Admin Tool you must have chat room administrator rights and permissions on the system. When you install Lync Server 2010, Group Chat, you specify one or more users who have the necessary chat room administrator rights and permissions as super users on the system. To manage user access, sign in to Group Chat Admin Tool by using one of the super user accounts. To grant chat room administrator rights and permissions to additional user accounts, use the Manage Users and User Groups dialog box.
